EARTHQUAKE ALARMING SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent disasters perfectly by prompting action against earthquake prior to arrival of seismic wave. CONSTITUTION:Seismic information obtained from an earthquake observation system 1 is converted into a paging data for a pocket bell 4 and transmitted on a communication line 6 to a pocket bell center 3 thence transmitted by radio to the pocket bell 4. Seismic information can be transmitted in a short time before arrival of a seismic wave from an epicenter through the use of the pocket bell 4 as an information transmitting means and thereby a preventive action can be taken steadily.
