According to a feature of the present invention, a method for transmitting memory data in a distributed/integrated memory system comprises the steps of: receiving a communication channel connection request for a memory granted node from a client; calculating an allocation degree according to the number of max allocation queues and a granted memory size from a host channel adapter (HCA), and determining the number of allocation degree queues using the number of the max allocation queues and the allocation degree; and generating a shared work queue pool based on the allocation degree and the number of the allocation degree queues, and connecting a communication channel requested by the client.
