The base station apparatus includes: an information reception module which receives information used for scheduling from multiple terminals corresponding to the base station apparatus; and a scheduler which generates resource allocation information regarding one shared foreign agent (FA) among multiple FAs available for the base station apparatus based on the received information and applies the generated resource allocation information to one or more different shared FAs.
