Improvements to systems for the functional substitution of defective beams which are formed of support plates which are placed between each pair of defective beams, in the free space between beams (overhang), and fixed to the wall with suitable screws and plugs, said plates allowing an L-shaped profile to be suspended on them, parallel to the longitudinal wall in which the beams are supported, said profile providing lower support for two IPN profiles of appropriate height under each one of the defective beams, provision being made for the positioning between each defective beam and the two corresponding IPN profiles of a cold-rolled U-shaped profile, inside which there is placed a crosslinked polyethylene sheet, bearing against the lower part of the beam, all the above with the aim of substituting the function of the defective beam without removing it. <IMAGE>
