摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a lapping process in a short time and with high accuracy by providing a cutting amount correction means for correcting a cutting amount depending upon a static flow rate at a lapped nozzle body injection hole and a control means for controlling the relative position of a lapping member with the inner wall of the injection hole depending upon the corrected cutting amount. CONSTITUTION:The static flow rate of a nozzle body injection hole as lapped is detected with a detection means A and a static flow rate difference between the predetermined lapping stage and a stage upon the elapse of the predetermined lapping stage is computed with a flow rate operating means on the basis of the detected flow rate. A judgement means C makes judgement as to whether the computed flow rate difference is within an allowable range. When the difference is found to be outside the allowable range, the cutting amount of a lapping member into the inner wall of the injection hole is corrected with a cutting amount correction means D, depending upon the static flow rate difference. Depending upon the corrected cutting amount, a control means E variably controls the relative position of the lapping member with the inner wall of the injection hole, thereby lapping the injection hole in a short time and with high precision.
