<p>PURPOSE:To provide a human-body detection and control switch wherein, when a human being goes out from a detection area, a control signal is turned off quickly and a malfunction is not caused. CONSTITUTION:In a human-body detection and control switch, a detection beam group is provided inside a detection area, infrared rays emitted from a human body are condensed by a condensing part 50, their change portion is detected by an infrared detector 10, and a control signal is output by its detection signal. The infrared detector 10 is provided with a plurality of infrared detection elements which output mutually independent detection signals, and it is provided with the detection beam group in which adjacent detection beams output mutually independent detection signals. Then, the detection and control switch is constituted so as to be provided with a signal processing part 13 wherein, when the plurality of infrared detection elements output the detection signals, a control signal is turned on and the off-delay time of the control signal is set and renewed to be short as well as, on the other hand, when a single infrared detection element outputs the detection signal, the control signal is turned on and the off-delay time of the control signal is set and renewed to be long.</p> |
