PURPOSE: To firmly and automatically hold a support in an erect state, that means, at a projection position when the support is raised from a storage position. CONSTITUTION: This mechanism is provided with a collar 20 urged by a spring 30 arranged to slide on the support 16, and a cam 26 lifting the collar 20 when the support 16 is raised and releasing the collar 20 engaged with a holding tongue 24 when the support 16 reaches a position necessary for projection.
