PURPOSE:To provide an actuator capable of shifting a shifted member to a fixed precisely at minute displacement coefficient and by sufficient shifting force using the light weighted and miniaturized actuator. CONSTITUTION:The actuator is composed of the major part comprising plurality of cylindrical clamps 4 and an operating wire 5 passing through these clamps 4 having one end connecting to an oscillating means 6 capable of oscillating the operating wire 5 in the direction almost in parallel with the advancing direction thereof. The plural elastic cylindrical clamps 4 are formed to hold the operating wire 5 when contracted while releasing the same 5 when expanded. Through these procedures, the cylindrical clamps 4 can be independently expanded and contracted so that specific clamp 4 only may hold an oscillating wire 5 to shift the position of such a specific clamp 4. |
