<p>PURPOSE:To provide the picture device with excellent productivity emitting accurately light radiating from a light emitting diode element to a photorecepter face via a lens so as to form a latent image onto the photorecepter with high picture quality or forming accurately the image of external picture information onto a solid-state image pickup element array via a lens so as to allow the solid-state image pickup element array to generate an electric signal accurately corresponding to external picture information. CONSTITUTION:This picture device is a device in which a lens plate 2 and a base plate 1 are fixed via a spacer 3 so that each of the lense 4 and each of the picture element array 3 are made correspondent one by one and the thermal expansion coefficient of the lens plate 2 and that of the base plate 1 are substantially selected the same with each other and the base plate 1 is made of a glass plate with a low thermal expansion coefficient and the picture element array 4 is mounted on the surface of the base plate 1 by face-down bonding.</p> |
