Perforated-needle holder

A perforated-needle holder has a series of two-leg perforated needles which are preferably bent out of a piece of spring wire cut to length. The perforated needles are fastened to a separately produced holding device which is an essentially plate-shaped moulding. The necessary accuracy and dimensional stability of the moulding can be allowed for both in the selection of material and in the production process. For fastening the needles, more or less deeply embossed recesses, in which the legs of the perforated needles are seated, are provided on the moulding. The fastening of the perforated needles to the holding device can take place by means of soldering, adhesive bonding, spot welding or by means of similar methods. After the bent needle blanks have been inserted into the holding device, the perforated needles are brought into a desired flattened shape by means of a stripping method, for example by means of an eroding method.
