This invention is a medical processing and display system including the algorithmic structures of preprocessing (12), sub-space selection (13), subspace enhancement (14), signal processing (15), subspace expansion (16), and a display (17). Medical data are collected and re-formatted into a twodimensional matrix X. A history database and other priority information may be concatenated with the matrix. The concatenated matrix is decomposed using singular value decomposition (SVD) to obtain its corresponding left and right singular vectors L R and singular values D.
