The present invention relates to a method and a device for separating away moisture precipitated from the expanded exhaust steam (U) in a low-pressure turbine (LT) in the vacuum chamber which comprises the space (V) between the inner housing (2) and the outer housing (1) of the low-pressure turbine and the space of the condenser (3) connected thereto.
