<p>A microwave irradiation device comprises a microwave irradiation chamber and a microwave generating source for supplying microwave to the microwave irradiation chamber. When microwave irradiation is carried out in the microwave irradiation chamber to cause reaction in a liquid medium, the reaction in the liquid medium is expedited and uniformized with a quantitative feature maintained by the use of a microwave irradiation device, in which at least one inner surface of the microwave irradiation chamber is uneven.</p> |
