<p>Compounds of formula (I), wherein R?1 and R2¿ are independently selected from (1-3C)alkyl which may be substituted by one or more fluoro groups, provided that at least one of R?1 and R2¿ is substituted by at least one fluoro group; and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are useful as potassium channel openers for the treatment of urinary incontinence. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions, processes for preparing the compounds of formula (I) and intermediates.</p> |
