<p>PURPOSE:To provide a process for the continuous inspection of the char bed form in a soda recovery boiler and surely detecting the change of the form without necessitating a highly skilled operator. CONSTITUTION:A char bed contour form data Hi or pattern obtained from an image picked up with a furnace inspection camera is inputted to a shape similarity operation part 15 or a char bed form pattern processing part and a variable shape similarity S or a pattern coincidence degree is outputted by using a standard contour form data Hsi or pattern. The similarity or coincidence degree is inputted to a shape judgement part 18 or comparator and judged or compared by using a standard shape similarity degree So or pattern coincidence degree and the output signal is inputted to an alarming part 19. Since the char bed form is judged based on a definite standard, the judgement accuracy is high. The combustion recovery operation by an operator is easy because an alarm is given when the form of char bed is remarkably different from the standard form. The maintenance is easy and the installation cost is low owing to simple judgement algorithm.</p> |
