PURPOSE:To reduce jadder at the time of a start on a split mu road, while providing a cost merit, regarding a multiple disc clutch control type limited slip differential where a differential limiting force is maintained under the electronic control of the engagement of a multiple disc clutch, upon the occurrence of a rotating speed difference between right and left wheels. CONSTITUTION:Side flanges 8L and 8R with right and left drive shafts connected, are respectively provided with torsional dampers 18L and 18R to absorb a torsional vibration due to the mass of a member around a differential gear, and the spring effect of the drive shafts.
