PURPOSE:To produce pickle readily mixable and inexpensively producible, preventing and treating gastric ulcer or effectively preventing cerebral apoplexy and myocardial infarct. CONSTITUTION:Production of pickle consists of a kneaded Ume flesh producing process for putting Ume (Japanese apricot) flesh obtained by an Ume flesh producing process in an Ume flesh kneader and grinding to give viscous kneaded Ume flesh, a garlic mixing process for blending the kneaded Ume flesh produced by this kneaded Ume flesh producing process with garlic, a dried bonito mixing process for sprinkling flakes of dried bonito on the first mixture incorporated by the garlic mixing process and blending, and a soybean mixing process for blending the second mixture prepared by the dried bonito mixing process with soybeans to produce a third mixture. |
