HIGH-DENSITY WOVEN FABRIC AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide high-quality and high-productivity woven fabric and the production process thereof by preventing the warp yarns from raveling from the edge on weaving that is a problem caused, when woven fabric of high density is produced by means of a water-jet loom. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic yarns are woven by means of a water-jet loom into high-density woven fabric where 3 or more leno yarns between the outermost warp yarn and the selvadge leno yarn are fed from the water jet nozzle to form the leno weave which can prevent the selvadge warp yarn from raveling.
