PURPOSE:To enable the guiding light with a plurality of different wavelengths necessary for observation and treatment into the eyegrounds during the operation of an affected part of the eyegrounds of an eye to be inspected. CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus for operation in which light from a light source is guided to a specified part of an optical fiber to light, the light source is a lighting source such as halogen lamp 100 or laser diode LD1 or a laser light source such as argon laser unit 101 or laser diode LD2. The optical fiber is single optical fibers 111 and 121 so arranged to guide light form a plurality of lighting sources, light from a plurality of laser light sources or all the light to a specified part. The light from the a plurality of the light sources is guided to the optical fibers 111 and 121 with dichroic mirrors 112 and 122. |
