PURPOSE:To obtain a flame-retardant resin composition having excellent flame- retardancy, heat-resistance, thermal stability, light resistance and plate-out resistance, low adhesivity to metal in molten state and excellent processability and moldability by using a brominated bisphenol-type epoxy resin and a styrene- based polymer as main components. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin composition is composed of 100 pts.wt. of a styrene-based resin, 10-40 pts.wt. of a brominated bisphenol-type epoxy resin or the above epoxy resin having at least one epoxy terminal blocked with brominated phenol, 1-10 pts.wt. of antimony trioxide and 0.3-5 pts.wt. of a methacrylate polymer having a methacrylate unit content of >=25wt.%. |
