The low-frequency oscillator controls duty ratio easily. The oscillator comprises a charge/discharge circuit for charging capacitor by the constant current source made of PNP transistors and discharging it according to the discharge control signal, a comparator for comparing the voltage of capacitor terminals with the reference voltage, a mono-stable multi vibrator for triggering according to output state of comparator and producing the discharge control signal.
