The object of the archivable floppy disk is to offer a simple means of transporting or archiving one or more floppy disks without the usual commercially available bulky disk boxes or other aids. With the DIN standard perforation, it is now possible to transport one's floppy disks with the data stored on them in normal files or, for example, appointment books in a simple and space-saving fashion. In view of the increasing exchange of data with banks or other institutions, which is also becoming increasingly of interest to the normal individual (statements, payments, entries, etc.), the archivable floppy disk which can simply and safely be taken with you is a major step towards the safe, simple and convenient transportation of data even without a modem or other sophisticated means.
