The device for jacking reinforcement during production of constructions of pre-stressed concrete consists of the body (2) of the stressing roller (1), which is joined with the body of the anchoring roller (6), slipped over which is the body of the measuring roller (7) with attached die head (11). Fitted inside the body (2) of the stressing roller (1) is the body of the return roller (4), fitted in whose hollow is a piston rod (3) of the stressing roller (1) with collar (12) and anchoring jaws (13). Fitted in the body of the anchoring roller (6) is a piston (9) with push-fit bolt and opening ring (10) of the anchoring jaws (12).<IMAGE>
