PURPOSE: To efficiently and economically perform continuous direct covering by roughening the surface of a chipboard manufactured by a double belt press performing equal vol. action or equal pressure action under hot condition, in a case when the chipboard is continuously directly covered with a decorative sheet, etc. CONSTITUTION: In a case when a chipboard is continuously directly covered with a decorative sheet or a decorative paper, at first, the surface of the chipboard manufactured by a double belt press 20 performing equal vol. action is roughened by means of a cutting tool 21 under hot condition immediately after it is passed through this press. Then, the decorative sheet or the decorative paper is fed from a feed station 22 and the surface of the chipboard is covered with this. Successively, the covering layer with the chipboard is compressed by means of a double press belt 23 performing equal pressure action. It is possible thereby to efficiently and economically perform continuous direct covering on the chipboard. |
