PURPOSE:To accelerate processing speed in the case of performing contour vector extraction/the reproduction of an image from a contour vector by dividing the image into stripes. CONSTITUTION:A control part 412 performs control as follows; a multiplexer 402 inputs the stripe-shaped image to an empty memory, and a selector 405 reads data from a memory filled with data. An extraction part 406 extracts a vector and stores it in a memory 407. When the vectors are extracted for one stripe, the data of the memory 407 are smoothed/magnified by a magnification part 408. When the data are processed for one stripe, they are stored in a memory 409. A reproducing part reproduces data in the memory 409. Thus, since processing is performed in the form of a pipeline, processing is accelerated. |
