PURPOSE:To enable exact translation and to improve translation accuracy or translation speed by displaying plural candidates when those candidates are provided with possibility from Japanese morpheme components, instructing and inputting any suitable candidate from these candidates under displaying. CONSTITUTION:A sentence and the instruction of an operator are inputted by an input part 1, temporary information required for a source sentence, translated sentence and translation processing is stored by a storage part 2. The translation processing is performed by a translation part 4 while referring to various grammers/dictionaries 4e, and a display part 5 displays the source sentence/translated sentence and the various kinds of information required for editing. These data are controlled by a control part 3, and the source sentence/translated sentence and the other various analytic information displayed on the display part 5 are edited. When there are plural candidates provided with possibility from the morpheme analytic components of Japanese agglutinative language, those candidates are displayed and any suitable candidate is instructed and inputted out of these displayed candidates so that the translation accuracy or translation speed can be improved. |
