PURPOSE:To provide a resin composition useful as a laminate having excellent transparency, gas barrier properties, drop impact resistance, etc., comprising a saponified material of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an epoxy group-introduced olefinic polymer in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises (A) 60-190wt.% of a saponified material of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 20-60mol% ethylene content and >=95% saponification degree of vinyl acetate component and (B) 40-5wt.% of an olefinic polymer into which 700-10,000 epoxy equivalent of epoxy group is introduced. |
