Described is a conjugate between a polymeric carrier and an antigene, the conjugate being formed by bonding of the antigene on the surface of a plastic support activated by increasing the surface contents. This conjugate is extremely suitable for use in immunizing the human or animal body, for obtaining human or animal antibodies and in the treatment of tumours. In addition to antigenes, other biomolecules can be coupled on the activated plastic support which is therefore extremely suitable for use as a support in affinity chromatography.
