BIODEGRADABLE FILMS FABRICATED FROM MIXTURES OF PECTIN/STARCH/PLASTICIZERS

<p>High modulus, flexible films may be fabricated from blends of pectin, starch and, optionally, plasticizers. The films are biodegradable, water soluble and are advantageous in that all materials are derived from agricultural products.</p>
