PURPOSE:To make a molding smoothly by using the cushion member composed of a specified thermoplastic resin and cellulose fiber in compression molding under heating. CONSTITUTION:The multilayer printed wiring board in which prepregs or copper foils are laminated on a base is inserted between two stainless sheets, and further thereon, the cushion, in which each one of cellulose fibers (linter paper) is arranged on the upper side and the lower side of a thermoplastic resin film (biaxially oriented polypropylene film) with 50-150mum thickness, is lapped. Next, this laminate is inserted between hot platens, and is heated under pressure, thereby producing the, multi layer printed wiring board. The multilayer printed wiring board has a smooth surface due to the cushion effect obtained by the combination of the theremoplastic resin with the cellulose fiber. |
