PURPOSE:To obtain an internal trim part, easy to mold and slightly affecting the appearance and quality, by a method wherein the internal trim part is hung by the core of a blow molding machine between a pair of molding tools so as to surround the internal trim parts such as a rope, a baffle plate and the like, then, the molding tools are clamped. CONSTITUTION:When split molding tools 12, 13 are approached gradually into a direction, shown by the arrows in the fig, under a condition where the baffle plate 11 is accommodated in a parison 6, the parison 6, forming the main body of a hollow molded form, contact the part of the outer periphery of the baffle plate 11, sequentially. When air is sent into an internal space B under a mold clamping condition the pinching parts 12a, 13a pinch a rope 10 and the tools are brought into contact with each other, the baffle plate 11 is molded integrally with the inside of the hollow molded form while the rope 10, supporting the baffle plate 11, is integrated perfectly and easily with the connecting parts of the parison 6. When the molding tools 12, 13 are opened after the molded form is cooled, the hollow molded form, high in appearance and quality, is completed. |
