<p>PURPOSE:To insulate primary and secondary coil windings by providing a core at the upper and lower parts of an U-shaped frame and then combining the other spool engaged to the U-shaped frame to a first spool. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical core is divided into three parts, the two cores of a first spool 29 are used as upper and lower cores 12 and 13, the upper and lower cores are connected by a U-shaped frame 11, a space is provided between the upper and lower cores 12 and 13, and then a core 18 of a second spool 30 is engaged between the upper and lower cores 12 and 13 which is obtained by dividing the first spool 29 into two parts. Frames 14, 15, 27, 28, 19, and 20 are provided at the upper and lower parts of the cores 12, 13, and 18 which are divided into three parts. Therefore, the upper and lower frames 14, 15, 27, 28, 19, and 20, six in all, of the core which is divided into three parts are provided and the frames 14, 15, 27, 28, 19, and 20 function as insulation tapes or insulation blocks, thus insulating primary and secondary coil windings.</p> |
