<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an arbitrary coupling coefficient by winding one portion of a primary coil winding and that of a secondary coil winding overlappingly. CONSTITUTION:A primary coil winding 14 is wound around one edge side of a core 12 at one edge side of the core 12 so that the coil winding 14 is lower near the center of the core 12. Further, a secondary coil winding 16 is wound around the step part of the primary coil winding 14 near the center of the core 12 at the other edge side of the core 12. In this kind of transformer 10, the coupling coefficient of the coil windings 14 and 16 is large at a part where the primary coil winding 14 and the secondary coil winding are wound overlappingly. Also, the coupling coefficient of the coil windings 14 and 16 is small at a part where the primary coil winding 12 and the secondary coil winding 16 are not wound overlappingly. Then, by changing the ratio of the part where two coil windings 12 and 14 are wound overlappingly, the coupling coefficient of the entire transformer 10 can be set arbitrarily.</p> |
