<p>PURPOSE:To expose printed faces to all of four sides of a tray when a sheet of corrugated board, with printing applied to one side thereof, is bent and built up into the shape of the tray. CONSTITUTION:Side walls 2 and 3, bottoms 4 and 5 and vertical partition pieces 6 and 7 are formed in continuity respectively through folding line to a sheet of corrugated board 100, approximately in rectangular shape, on its both parts outside the main folding lines provided along both sides of its center plane. Folding lines for rising-up and folding lines and slits for turning-up for erecting side wall faces 8 and 9 together with turning-up pieces 11 and 12 are provided respectively on both ends in the longitudinal direction between the main folding line. A center folding line, connecting each of middle parts on both of the main folding lines and each of spaces between both of the slits are made to be breadthwise partition pieces 13 and 14 that are erected together with the center folding line. Supplementary pieces 16, equipped with diagonal folding lines G, for assisting erection of the side walls 8 and 9 and the breadthwise partition pieces are provided on the side walls 2 and 3. Slits for fitting are provided in each of places where interference occurs when a tray is built up, and the side walls 2 and 3 and the turning-up pieces are made to be faces on which printing is applied.</p> |
