PURPOSE:To prevent the development of poor contact due to a bent lead exerted by heat. CONSTITUTION:A surface mounting-connector has a lead 11 made, using a shape memory alloy and formed in an L shape, required shape for surface mounting, at a high temp. and deformed in a U shape at normal temp. Thus, the lead 11 is formed in the U shape before heating in mounting, developing no bending or deformation of the lead due to vibration.shock during transportation. In mounting, the lead 11 is prevented from deformation exerted by being pressed to a printed board. In addition, the lead 11 is deformed in the L shape due to heating in mounting, retaining its shape. |
