<p>PURPOSE:To obtain information useful for maintenance of an industrial machine and development of anti-friction and anti-abrasion materials or the like by correlating information or compositely analyzing information utilizing also information of a position where a plurality of pieces of information have been measured. CONSTITUTION:As information used to analyze sliding abrasion, frictional force and displacement of a pin test piece 2 are measured. The frictional force is measured by a distortion gage 4, while displacement of the pin test piece 2 is measured by measuring vertical movement of a test piece holder 3 by using a non-contacting type displacement gage 5. A measuring position is measured as a rotating angle of a disk test piece 1, and a reflecting plate 7 provided on a rotating axis 6 of the disk test piece 1 and a signal obtained once per rotation by an optical revolution counter are used. Information from the frictional force, displacement of the pin test piece 2, a rotation signal and time from the rotation signal which have been measured is recorded together by a personal computer. Then a plurality of pieces of information of obtained frictional force and displacement of the pin test piece 2 are subjected to processing and analyzed compositely.</p> |
