PURPOSE:To prevent the drop of the voltage of a main capacitor by allowing the control of a leakage preventing circuit on the gate voltage generating circuit of an IGBT to respond to releasing operation. CONSTITUTION:A stroboscopic circuit has a DC/DC converter 11 connected to a power source E in parallel, the main capacitor MC connected to the output of the DC/DC converter 11 via a diode D1 and a main capacitor voltage measuring circuit 12. Moreover, the stroboscopic circuit is constituted to provide a xenon tube 14 consuming the energy of the main capacitor MC and emitting light, a trigger circuit 13 connected to the output of the DC/DC converter 11 and applying a trigger for emitting the light to the Xe tube 14, an emitted light quantity control circuit 15 controlling the emitted light quantity of the Xe tube 14 and a power supply control circuit 16 controlling the supply of the power of the emitted light quantity control circuit 15. A CPU 17 is provided as well. |
