<p>PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor input circuit in which the number of input terminals can be decreased to half of the number of switches, and power consumption can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:An input circuit 10 is provided with one input terminal T10, flip flop FF10 which generates a signal in a prescribed period based on a clock signal CK, and internal resistance element (r) connected between the input terminal T10 and an output XQ of the flip flop FF10. The output signal of the flip flop FF10 is feedbacked through the internal resistance element (r) to the input terminal T10. First and second switches S1 and S2 in series connected with a resistance element R for a load use are arranged outside the inputting circuit 10, the connection middle point of the mutual switches is connected with the input terminal T10, and the resistance value of the internal resistance element (r) is set as a larger value than the resistance value of the resistance element R for the load use.</p> |
