<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high quality picture image without deposition of a carrier even for rapid development. CONSTITUTION:This carrier is obtd. by coating the surface of a core material with a resin. The carrier has 5-100mum gain size and <=3.0g/cm<2> bulk density. The magnetic characteristics of the carrier is 30-150emu/cm<3> sigma1000 and satisfy inequalities I, II. The coating resin of the core surface is vinyl copolymer or styrene-acryl copolymer having 1-100 hydroxyl value, and monomer ratio of the acryl component in the copolymer is 30-90wt.%. The copolymer has 30000-70000 weight average mol.wt. and 2-10 weight average mol.wt./number average mol.wt.</p> |
