PURPOSE:To allow high sensitivity detection of single operation customer by providing the terminal of a cogeneration customer with a power supply terminal connected in series with first and second routes, a circuit breaker for customer terminal, and a single operation processing section receiving pallet information from disconnectors on the opposite sides of the circuit breaker. CONSTITUTION:First and second OR circuits OR1-OR5, OR6-OR10 produce outputs upon 'opening' any one of circuit breakers CB, LS connected in series with routes 1, 2 connecting first and second buses of a power supply transforming station with the bus of a cogeneration customer. Opening of the routes 1, 2 is confirmed based on the outputs from timers T1, T2 which receive outputs from the first and second OR circuits OR1-OR5, OR6-OR10 and confirm opening of the first and second routes. Consequently, both routes 1, 2 are opened by an output from an AND circuit A1 receiving outputs from the timers T1, T2 thus allowing detection of single operation customer. |
