<p>PURPOSE:To ameliorate the physical distribution of a rolling slab in a process in a physical distribution system in a hot rolling plant. CONSTITUTION:This device is composed of a slab data inputting part 101, a width sorting part 102, a rolling constraint matrix calculating part 104, a rolling evaluation value matrix calculating part 105, a rolling order solution search part 106, a heating furnace constraint calculating part 108, a loading furnace solution search part 109 and a physical distribution simulator part 110. An attribute of a material slab being an object of rolling is inputted, the material slab is sorted by the attribute, a constraint condition is calculated by the attribute through the matrix, an evaluation function is calculated by the matrix, the rolling order is decided by a neighboring search, a constraint condition is calculated to sort the slabs in which rolling order is decided into each heating furnace, the evaluation function is calculated by loading each slab into an adequate heating furnace, the optimum solution is searched by changing a loading furnace of each slab to decide the loading furnace. Consequently, the loading time, the extracting time, the loading furnace, the loading order can be decided by quantitative evaluation and the optimum physical distribution can be carried out. As a result, improvement of productivity, reduction of cost, stabilization of quality can be realized.</p> |
