PURPOSE:To maintain a gap between the head of a core and a pulse rotor always constant and prevent the coil from inclining and breaking. CONSTITUTION:An insertion assembly body 20 comprising the base end of a core 13 continuously arranged in a stay through a magnet 14 is made to fit to nearly the whole of the core 13 and is inserted into a resin mold 2 provided with a reference receiving section 26 for receiving at least either one of the head and/or the base end of the coil 13 so as to form a synthetic resin case provided with a positioning projection on the external side face of a position separated by a fixed distance from at least either one of the head of the core 13 and the base end by means of the resin mold 21. With a coil assemble body inserted in a recessed section which this case has, the gap between the internal surface of the recessed section and the coil assembly body is filled with synthetic resin by potting. |
