PURPOSE:To make the close adhesiveness of a skin and a molding surface perfect and to flexibly correspond to the slight deformation of the skin by injecting a liquid foamable raw material into the gap between the skin surrounded by an annular seal strip and the molding surface under vacuum to perform the foaming thereof. CONSTITUTION:In the production of a skin integrated foamed product, an adjuster part 41 is pushed down to be fitted in the recessed part of an elastic long member 3. When the adjuster part 41 and the elastic long member 3 are fitted each other at all parts, an annular seal strip (c) is formed. The gap between the skin 4 surrounded by the annular seal strip (c) and the molding surface 23 of a product molding part 23a becomes a state isolated from the open air. When a vacuum pump 5 is started, the gap between the molding surface 23 and the skin 4 both of which are surrounded by the annular seal strip (c) is evacuated to discharge the air present in the gap to the outside through a through-hole 24 and a suction tube 51. Therefore, the skin 4 positioned at the product molding part 23a is closely bonded to the molding surface 23. In this state, the liquid foamable raw material is injected to the inner surface of the skin. |
