PURPOSE:To integrally form the chambers such as liquid chambers in which a fluid is enclosed, a partition plate, a diaphragm, dividing these chambers, using the same rubber material as that of an insulator. CONSTITUTION:An insulator 1 made up of an elastic body such as rubber is provided between a connecting hardware 2 to be attached to the engine side and a holder 3 to be attached to a member on the car body side. A main chamber 5 and an accessory chamber 7 in which an incompreesible fluid is sealed, and an orifice 6 connecting these chambers, are provided in the lower part of the insulator 1. Further, an air chamber 8 which is filled with a compressible fluid or air, is provided adjacent to the accessory chamber 7 through a diaphragm 9. These chambers 5,7,8, the orifice 6, a partition part, and the diaphragm 9 are provided in parallel, and formed integrally with the insulator 1. Thus, the number of part items is reduced, the assembling process is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. An axial direction space is eliminated, and the degree of freedom for the layout is increased. |
