PURPOSE:To obtain a molded resin article resistant to the growth of mold even by using in a highly humid environment by applying a mildew-proofing treatment to a vinyl chloride resin molded article. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride resin compound is incorporated with a mildew- proofing agent comprising a cyclic organic sulfur compound in an amount of 0.1-1.0% together with a plasticizer, the components are blended and the mixture is subjected to thermal polymerization molding by an injection molding means to obtain a molded article. The molded vinyl chloride resin article is resistant to the growth of mold even by using in a highly humid environment, keeps its appearance and hygienically and healthily maintains the beautiful appearance. |
