<p>PURPOSE:To restrain a steel sheet from walking and to prevent a roll mark flaw by controlling an electric current command in a ramp shape with a main controller to control the tension of a tension reel. CONSTITUTION:In a manufacturing line where the steel sheet is passed and wound by the tension reel 3, when the tension is changed by using a main controller 10 controlling a tension of the tension reel 3 driven to control the tension of the steel sheet, the electric current command is controlled in a ramp shape, sharp increase of tension of the steel sheet in contact with the roll of a pinch roll leveler 2 and walk of the sheet due to shortage of the tension when the steel sheet is accelerated is restrained. In this way, since the electric current command is controlled in the ramp shape, the tension given to the steel sheet is changed gently. Consequently, when the tension is changed, a sharp increase of tension can be prevented from occurring on the sheet and the walk of the sheet due to shortage of tension in acceleration can be restrained.</p> |
