PURPOSE:To reduce the metallic mold fouling and carry out the injection molding of the subject rubber by using an organic peracid having a specific peroxymonocarbonate structure as a cross-linking agent. CONSTITUTION:The injection molding of the objective rubber is carried out by using an organic peroxide expressed by the formula {R<1> and R<2> are 1-5C alkyl; R<3> is CH2-CH2-O-CH2-CH2, neopentyl or (CH2)n [(n) is 4-6]} as a cross- linking agent. Furthermore, the cross-linking agent is preferably obtained by reacting, e.g. the corresponding bischloroformate with a tertiary alkyl hydroperoxide in the presence of a basic catalyst. |
