PURPOSE:To improve the strength of an eye part which is formed by injection molding at the end part of a member body. CONSTITUTION:An eye part 12 is formed at the end part 25 of a leaf spring body 11 made of FRP. The eye part, 12 is formed in a shape so as to cover the end part 25 of the leaf spring body 11 by means of injection molding. The eye part 12 is made of thermal plastic synthetic resin which is reinforced by glass short fiber, and has a base part, 30 which covers the whole periphery of the end part 25 of the leaf spring body 11, and a terminal tubular part 32 with an eye inner peripheral surface 34 which is formed integratedly with the base part 30 along the width direction of the eye part 2. The thickness (t) of the eye part 12 is more than 6mm and less than 16mm, and a ratio of the thickness in the vertical direction to the one in the horizontal direction of the base part 30 is more than 0.6. |
