PURPOSE:To prevent baking, by providing lateral grooves in the circumferential direction on a piston of a mixing device consisting of a cylinder and a piston for mixing two or more resin ingredients. CONSTITUTION:Inlets 11 and 12 and outlets 13 and 14 respectively for A ingredient resin and B ingredient resin are provided inside mixing chamber 10. The chamber is also provided with discharge port 15, which discharges the mixture of two resins to a mold. Piston 20, which is provided with return grooves 21 and 22, makes reciprocating motion between the position (shown by a broken line) at which the piston closes inlets 11 and 12, and the position (shown by a solid line) at which inlets 11 and 12 are connected to outlets 13 and 14 by return groove 21 and 22. Many lateral grooves 30 are provided on piston 20. |
