The present invention relates to a civil-construction structure, especially a support wall, to the constructional elements thereof and to the process for manufacturing it. The said structure has a ready-prepared surface 1 which is at least partially rigid, there being, in its rear part, a bulk (loose) filler 2, the said surface being connected to the bulk filler by means of at least one strip of flexible planar material 6 and having an anchorage by means of a solid body 7 at least partially surrounded by the strip which extends towards the inside of the bulk-material filler in which it is anchored or being fastened to the anchorage on a buttress (strut) 8 formed on the rear side and extending freely upwards or downwards, transversely with respect to the direction of traction of the planar-material strip. The field of use of the present invention is principally the construction of support walls for embankments or of dividing walls for open areas.
